近日,江苏省淮安市政府颁布实施了新修订的《淮安市城市规划管理实施细则》。新《细则》按《江苏省城市规划管理技术规定》,对居住建筑物的间距系数作出调整,即:新区南北朝向的居住建筑物间距系数按1.3以上控制,旧城改造按1.25以上控制,如住宅偏东偏西布置时,其建筑间距按《江苏省城市规划管理技术规定》执行。
