笔者收集分折了１５３例患癫痫病儿童表现为＂前纵裂池扩大＂的ＣＴ诊断并与正常对照组５６例进行了对比性研究，提出了儿童前纵裂池扩大的ＣＴ诊断标准，结合文献讨论了病因机制及前纵裂池扩大的程度不同与癫痫病临床治疗效果的联系。
