疾病进程模型是一种描述疾病状态随时间动态变化的模型。它作为基于模型的药物研发的新趋势,正迅速成为研究药物如何影响疾病的重要手段。通过对疾病进程模型的研究能对未来疾病的变化趋势作出预测,结合个体信息及时调整治疗方案。本文对近年来被成功应用的几种疾病进程模型及药物干预模式进行了总结,并探讨了对疾病进程建模及模拟的应用前景。
The disease process model is a model that describes the dynamic changes in disease status over time. As a new trend in model-based drug discovery, it is quickly becoming an important tool for studying how drugs affect the disease. By studying the process model of the disease, we can predict the future trend of the disease and adjust the treatment plan according to the individual information. In this paper, several disease process models and drug intervention models successfully applied in recent years are summarized, and the application prospects of modeling and simulation of disease processes are discussed.
