远程教育最终还是一种培养人的活动 ,所以 ,它的出发点和归宿都在于人的全面人格的养成。学生的需要是衔接远程教育与人的基点。只有考虑了全部学生的全部需要 ,提升远程教育的办学理念 ,才能将远程教育办得更好。本文从马斯洛的需要层次理论出发 ,分析了远程教育学生的需要满足现状 ,并且提出了一些远程教育情境下满足学生需要的办法
Distance education is ultimately a human activity, therefore, its starting point and destination lies in the development of human comprehensive personality. The needs of students are the starting point for distance education and people. Only by considering all the needs of all students to enhance the concept of distance education education in order to distance education can do better. Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, this paper analyzes the needs of distance education students to meet the status quo, and puts forward some solutions to meet the needs of students in distance education context
