我院自1978年5月～1990年6月,共收治尿道损伤100例,得到随访89例,失访11例,随访率89％。随访时间:10年以上30例,5年以上42例,1年以上17例。本文根据随访结果作回顾分析,并对不同治疗方法进行评价。1 临床资料平均年龄38.9岁(3～69岁)。100例尿道损伤中,前尿道38例,其中完全断裂14例,全部断裂24例;后尿道62例,其中完全断裂47例,部分断裂15
Our hospital from May 1978 to June 1990, a total of 100 cases of urethral injury, were followed up 89 cases, 11 cases were lost, the follow-up rate of 89%. Follow-up time: more than 10 years in 30 cases, more than 5 years in 42 cases, more than 1 year in 17 cases. This article based on follow-up results for retrospective analysis, and evaluation of different treatment methods. 1 The average clinical data age 38.9 years (3 to 69 years old). In 100 cases of urethral injury, there were 38 cases of anterior urethra, of which 14 cases were completely fractured, 24 cases were completely fractured, 62 cases were posterior urethra, of which 47 cases were completely fractured and 15 cases partially fractured
