空调系统作为建筑节能的主要内容,其研究目前较多集中于设计节能和单个设备的运行节能。然而在实际运行过程中,系统能效的影响因素较多且相互关联,使得运行能耗往往和设计阶段模拟分析的结果有很大的差别,单凭设计能效很难准确做出节能潜力的分析判断。本文以公共建筑空调系统用能的动态特点和部分负荷运行条件下空调系统的综合性能为依据,结合现有相关空调能耗评价方法的分析,提出了空调系统综合运行能效的评价方法,给出了具体定义及其计算确定方法。在此基础上,选取某公共建筑为实例,通过实测与计算,针对不同运行调控策略,评价分析了空调系统的动态综合运行能效。研究表明:空调系统综合运行能效评价方法可以有效指导空调系统的节能运行调控,也能为既有建筑的节能改造提供科学依据。
As the main content of building energy-saving, air-conditioning system is more focused on the design of energy-saving and energy-saving operation of a single device. However, during actual operation, there are many influencing factors of system energy efficiency and they are interrelated. As a result, the energy consumption of operation often differs from the result of simulation analysis in the design stage. It is very difficult to accurately analyze the energy saving potential by design energy efficiency . In this paper, based on the dynamic characteristics of energy consumption of public buildings air conditioning system and the comprehensive performance of air conditioning system under partial load operating conditions, combined with the existing assessment methods related to energy consumption of air conditioning, the evaluation method of energy efficiency of the integrated air conditioning system is proposed, The specific definition and calculation to determine the method. On this basis, taking a public building as an example, through actual measurement and calculation, aiming at different operation control strategies, the dynamic comprehensive operation energy efficiency of air-conditioning system is evaluated and analyzed. The research shows that the method of evaluating the energy efficiency of the integrated operation of air-conditioning system can effectively guide the regulation of energy-saving operation of the air-conditioning system and also provide a scientific basis for the energy-saving renovation of the existing buildings.
