我县自1983年以来,采取了层层签定合同落实岗位责任制的方法,动员县、乡、村三级防痨网管理农村涂阳肺结核病例的不住院化疗工作,收到比较满意的效果。现将具体做法介绍如下:组织化疗管理要立足于“改”字农村和城市经济体制的改革推动了卫生工作的改革。我县卫生局为全面落实“预防为主”的方针,于1983年开始在全县卫生系统内实行了“三定”(定经费包干、定任务指标、定奖惩办法)合同责任制。在结核病防治工作合同书中明确规定了涂阳肺结核病人治疗管理的具体要求。这样就从行政组织上和技术措施上落实了病人的化疗管理,病人的治疗工作真正落实到“专人负责”,出现了县、乡、村三级防痨网齐抓共管的局面。
