对网络隐私权侵权的分析,结合我国的现状,在借鉴发达国家网络隐私权法律保护模式的基础上,构建起我国网络隐私权的法律保护体系,以达到保护公民网络隐私权和促进网络发展的“双赢”目的。
Based on the analysis of Internet privacy infringement and the current situation of our country, this paper constructs the legal protection system of Internet privacy right in our country on the basis of borrowing the legal protection mode of Internet privacy right in developed countries so as to achieve the goal of protecting the citizen’s network privacy right and promoting the network development “Win-win ” purpose.
