本文根据差分原理,推导出轴对称无内热源情况下定常与非定常温度场的差分方程计算公式;并以数值积分形式的公式近似地计算热应力场。二者结合起来,可以解决冷轧辊温度场及热应力场的计算问题。计算结果表明,沿轧辊横截面的应力分布规律与理论分析一致,计算数值同理论解相接近,并符合实测结果,此种计算方法可应用于冷轧辊进而可以解决连铸机二冷区夹辊及拉矫机拉辊的温度场及热应力场的计算问题。
Based on the principle of difference, this paper derives the formula of the difference equation between steady and unsteady temperature field without axisymmetric heat source. The thermal stress field is calculated by the formula of numerical integral. The combination of the two can solve the problem of calculating the temperature field and the thermal stress field of the cold roll. The calculation results show that the stress distribution along the cross-section of the roll is consistent with the theoretical analysis, and the calculated values are in agreement with the theoretical solution. The calculated results accord with the measured results. This method can be applied to the cold- And straightening machine pulling roller temperature field and thermal stress field calculation problems.
