开展持续有效的培训活动是新形势下电力企业加快建立“一强三优”现代公司的必然要求,并日益受到企业高层管理者的高度关注。为了系统探讨电力企业的员工培训机制,本研究以岗位需求为导向,建立了包含培训需求分析、培训规划、培训体系、培训实施、培训评估和激励等环节的全面培训体系,以规范电力企业培训项目流程,保证整个培训活动的可控性,提高培训成效。
Carrying out continuous and effective training activities is an inevitable requirement for power companies to speed up the establishment of “one strong, three excellent,” modern companies under the new situation and is receiving increasing attention from top management of enterprises. In order to systematically discuss the staff training mechanism in electric power enterprises, this research takes post demand as the guidance, and has established a comprehensive training system including training needs analysis, training planning, training system, training implementation, training evaluation and incentive so as to standardize the training of electric power enterprises Project process, to ensure the controllability of the entire training activities, improve training effectiveness.
