北斗通信终端自2013年在安徽省黄山市安装了梅林、新管、历口镇三个多要素区域自动气象站点,该通信方式在当时确实解决了偏远山区移动信号差的问题,气象数据传输率得以有效提高。但自从2016年7月《运行监控业务系统(ASOM2.0,以下同)》及2016年11月《气象资料业务系统(MDOS2.0,以下同)》分别业务运行后,上述三站的设备可用性很低,数据可用率也较低,影响到我省、市的气象数据考核质量,影响到省气象局对我市的目标管理考核,也影响中国气象局对省气象局的目标管理考核。现将我市北斗通信终端区域自动气象站点气象数据业务质量统计分析、建议及实施情况总结如下。
