由于结构各处分布的竖向荷载不同,或场地各处地基的受力大小及变形特性有较大差异,结构易出现差异沉降,利用沉降量可控材料进行差异沉降控制设计的方法研究对实现地基基础优化设计具有重要意义。通过压板试验,比较不同材性板材的承载力和变形特点,得到满足预期设想的材料。本文结合试验的数据,利用本构关系曲线及其形变量分析各种材性板材的力学性能。结果表明:XPS板材具有承载力高,应变大,耐久性好等特点,适合作为地基沉降量可控构造用于特定工程中。

Based on the experimental data, this paper analyzes the mechanical properties of all kinds of sheet materials by using the constitutive relation curves and their deformations. The results show that XPS sheet has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, large strain and good durability. It is suitable for the controllable structure of foundation settlement for a specific project.
