作文面批面改,往往比全班评改的效果好。特别是对差生作文,面批面改的办法,能做到分类定法,切中要害,帮到实处,一步一层楼。我曾接过一个由三所学校合并起来的五年级班,程度不一,作文差的达半数以上。不少学生的文章语无伦次,内容空洞。针对这种情况,我采用面批办法,每次七至十人。一个学期,每个学生能面批三至五次。经过一年的努力,作文差生面大为减少。下面列举面批两例:

In view of this situation, I use face-to-face approach, each of seven to ten people. One semester, each student can face batch three to five times. After a year of hard work, the number of poor students is greatly reduced. Here are two cases of surfaced batch:
