2015年6月29日,十二届全国人大常委会第十五次会议举行第三次全体会议。张德江委员长出席会议并作全国人大常委会执法检查组关于检查《职业教育法》实施情况的报告。2015年3-5月,全国人大常委会执法检查组先后到8个省(区、市)对《职业教育法》实施情况开展了执法检查,同时委托23个省(区、市)人大常委会按照执法检查工作方案对本省(区、市)《职业教育法》实施情况进行检查,使执法检查做到全覆盖。这是《职业教育法》施行19年来全国人大常
