‘迁西暑红’系实生选育的板栗新品种。坚果椭圆形,平均单果重7.5 g。坚果皮紫褐色,果顶微突,茸毛稀少,底座小、平滑。果肉黄色,质地致密而细腻,味香甜。含水率48.5%,还原糖含量8.18%,淀粉含量34.2%,蛋白质含量3.12%,脂肪含量1.25%。坚果耐贮藏性好,适合鲜食、糖炒、制罐等。在河北省迁西县,果实8月20—25日成熟。2015年12月通过河北省林木良种审定委员会审定。
’Shixia summer red’ is a new selection of chestnut varieties. Nuts oval, the average weight of 7.5 g. Peel purple brown, slightly convex fruit top, sparse hair, the base small, smooth. Flesh yellow, dense and delicate texture, sweet and sour taste. The water content is 48.5%, the content of reducing sugar is 8.18%, the starch content is 34.2%, the protein content is 3.12% and the fat content is 1.25%. Storability is good for nuts, suitable for fresh food, sugar fried, cans and so on. In Qianxi County, Hebei Province, the fruit matures August 20-25. In December 2015, it was approved by Hebei Province Forest Tree Species Approval Committee.
