农村基层党组织是党联系广大农民群众的桥梁和纽带。农村的事情能否办好,经济能否发展,关键在于是否有一个好的领导班子。玉溪市农村基层党组织的建设取得了显著的成效,但也存在着不容忽视的问题,要采取系统而有效的措施加以解决。
The grass-roots party organizations in rural areas are the bridges and ties between the party and the masses of peasants. Whether the rural affairs can be handled well and whether the economy can develop depends on whether there is a good leadership team. The construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in Yuxi has achieved remarkable results, but there are also problems that can not be ignored and should be solved systematically and effectively.
