Of the 18 probe / enzyme combinations, these 2 lines Are the same as their rice parents (pine); however, of the two probes, two of them are significantly different from their rice parents and show hybrids that are clearly from donor 菰 and are associated with the parental hybridization bands of rice Lost As these two lines have been strictly self-maintained, it is demonstrated that the variation of the RFLP band is due to the introgression of the DNA in the poplar, followed by heterologous recombination and / or related sequence variation.
