目的模拟潜艇环境,观察益肺活血复方对家兔血清和肺组织匀浆中一氧化氮(NO)及血管内皮素-1(ET-1)含量的影响。方法选用HOPE-MED 8050系列动式染毒系统模拟潜艇环境。家兔随机分为空白组、模型组、益肺活血复方低、高剂量(0.2、0.7 g·kg-1·d-1)组、地塞米松(0.2 ml·kg-1·d-1)组,每组15只,按照潜艇气体环境造模染毒,每天染毒4 h,同时每天肌肉注射给药1次,连续14 d后取家兔静脉血清及肺组织匀浆观察NO及ET-1水平变化。结果模型组较空白组血清及肺组织匀浆中NO含量显著升高(P<0.05),ET-1水平显著降低(P<0.05)。益肺活血复方高剂量组及地塞米松组与模型组相比较,血清、肺组织匀浆中NO含量均提高,ET-1水平降低,且均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。益肺活血复方高剂量较地塞米松提高NO含量效果更加明显(P<0.05)。益肺活血复方高剂量效果明显优于低剂量(P<0.05)。结论潜艇环境中部分有害气体长期作用会降低家兔肺组织及血液NO的含量,同时提高ET-1水平,益肺活血复方可以改善这两项指标,对家兔肺组织及血管起到一定的保护作用。
Objective To simulate the submarine environment and observe the effect of Yifeuhuoxue Compound on the contents of nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) in rabbit serum and lung tissue. Methods The HOPE-MED 8050 series dynamic exposure system was used to simulate the submarine environment. The rabbits were randomly divided into blank group, model group, Yifei Huoxue Compound low, high dose (0.2,0.7 g · kg -1 · d -1) group, dexamethasone (0.2 ml · kg -1 · d -1) Group, with 15 rats in each group. The animals were exposed to the gaseous environment of submarine for 4 h. The rats were intramuscularly administered once a day for 14 days. The rabbits’ venous serum and lung homogenates were taken for 14 days to observe the NO and ET- 1 level changes. Results Compared with blank group, NO content in serum and lung homogenate increased significantly (P <0.05) and ET-1 level decreased significantly (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the content of NO and the level of ET-1 in the serums and lung homogenates were significantly increased (P <0.05). Yifeihuoxue Compound high-dose dexamethasone to increase the NO content effect is more obvious (P <0.05). Yifenghuoxue Compound high-dose effect was significantly better than the low dose (P <0.05). Conclusion Long-term effects of some harmful gases in the submarine environment will reduce the content of NO in the lung tissue and blood of rabbits and increase the level of ET-1. The combination of Yifeo Huoxue Compound can improve these two indexes and play a certain role in the lung tissue and blood vessels of rabbits Protective effects.
