墨西哥湾漏油事件轰动世界,而事发之因,众说纷纭。虽然事故的最后调查结果尚未正式公布,但调查记录、业内分析、迹象跟踪等,已经初现端倪。假如依旧以惯性思维对此次事故当做个案解读,我们会得到监管不力、忽视安全、应急体系不健全、堵漏技术跟不上等等司空见惯的理由。然而,事件并非仅限于此。
