从1974——1976年我们测交了1741个水稻品种,获得了一批恢复系,其中表现比较好的如IR24,IR26、印尼矮禾、IR661、N稻、黄村晚4号和IR30等,曾在生产上发挥重大的作用。但这些恢复系由于生育期较长或抗病性衰退等,不能适应当前生产的需要。为了选育强优、多抗、早熟的新恢复系,与测交筛选同时,开展了“恢×恢”,“恢×保”和不育系×恢复系等多种方式人工合成恢复系的研究。1978年以来已配制了851个组合,育成一批恢复系,如单花恢、339、制25、3533恢复系等,已在配制杂交稻新组合中加以使用。
From 1974 to 1976, we measured 1741 rice varieties and obtained a number of restorer lines, of which the performance was better, such as IR24, IR26, Indonesian Dwarf, IR661, N rice, Huangcun night on the 4th and IR30, etc. In production play a significant role. However, these restoration systems can not meet the needs of current production due to the longer growth period or the decline of disease resistance. In order to breed strong, multi-resistant and early-maturity new restorer lines, we carried out the methods of “restore × restore”, “restore × conservation” and sterile × restorer lines the study. Since 1978, a total of 851 combinations have been made and a number of restorer lines have been bred. For example, Monochamis, 339, 25,3533 restorer line, etc. have been used in the new hybrid rice combination.
