合理用药的概念是安全、有效、适当、经济,凡是违背这4个要素的用药方式都是不合理的用药。我国目前医院临床中的不合理用药情况也相当严重,不合理用药占用药总数的25%左右。为了促进合理地使用药物,我们经过研究分析,把发现的问题进行归类、分析,并提出了正确的用药方法,供临床医师参考,以达到充分发挥药物的治疗作用,进一步提高用药的安全性、合理性和有效性。1方法:抽取我院门诊住院处方,用回顾性分析的方法,统计处方中不合理用药情况,并对这些问题进行分析,提出正确用药方法。
