本组56例病人平均60.6岁,男性41例,女性15例,胃及十二指肠溃疡26例,胃癌16例,出血性胃炎9例,胆石症2例,肝硬化门静脉高压症3例,本组病人中有13例于入院后在严密观察下行保守治疗24至72小时不等因出血未能控制做了急诊手术,13例急诊手术中中晚期胃癌3例,胃底贲门癌1例,胃、十二指肠溃疡3例,出血性胃炎2例,肠道出血2例,肝硬化食道下段贲门及胃底
