本文报告了经手术及病理证实的46例酷似脑梗塞起病的脑肿瘤。发病后均误诊为脑血管病;后因症状加重而行特殊检查才得到确诊。并对此类型疾病的诊断、鉴别及有关注意事项进行了讨论。
This article reports 46 cases of brain tumors resembling cerebral infarction confirmed by surgery and pathology. After the onset of misdiagnosed as cerebrovascular disease; due to the symptoms before the special examination was confirmed. And this type of disease diagnosis, identification and related considerations were discussed.
