建设高素质国有企业党组织是党中央提出的一项重大战略任务,也是推动企业转型跨越发展面临的重大课题。在经济建设不断深入,社会环境不断变革的过程中,国有企业的党建工作还存在较多的问题。解决国企党建工作的问题,重点在于结合企业工作实际进行党建创,包括理论学习创新、工作机制创新、管理体制创新、活动载体创新。
Building a Party Organization of High-quality State-owned Enterprises is a major strategic task proposed by the Central Party Committee and also a major issue for promoting the transformation of enterprises in their leapfrog development. In the process of deepening economic construction and constantly changing social environment, there are still many problems in the party construction of state-owned enterprises. The key to resolving the issue of party building in state-owned enterprises focuses on party building in light of the actual work of enterprises, including theoretical study and innovation, working mechanism innovation, management system innovation and activity vector innovation.
