前言目前,我国电厂的水膜除尘器都是园柱形筒体的。除尘器进口短管与水平成8°~10°的下倾、与筒体呈切向布置。这种除尘器普遍存在着烟气带水现象。这不但污染了环境,而且加剧了除尘器出口烟道的积灰和吸风机叶片的粘灰,因而造成吸风机震动(而配置干式除尘器时,吸风机的震动则大多数是由于磨损而引起的),影响着锅炉的安全经济运行。在减少烟气带水方面,不少电厂已积累了一些经验。如环形喷咀加档水罩,将除尘器筒体在环形喷咀以上的部分加高等。这些措施虽然有一定的效果,但是有局限性。
