双阳水库位于长春市双阳区平湖街甩湾村,坐落在距双阳区东约2公里的双阳河上游,是一座以防洪、灌溉为主,结合养鱼、旅游等综合利用的综合性中型水库,其枢纽组成主要有土坝、泄洪洞、输水洞等建筑。水库加固建设后,下游的长春市双阳区40多个工厂、4座公路桥、30公里高等级公路及3.5万间房屋、7.2万亩耕地、5个乡镇、135个自然屯的人民生命财产安全得到了有效保障。
