妊娠期短暂性尿崩症(TGDI)是一种罕见的妊娠合并内分泌疾病,本病是因抗利尿激素或精氨酸血管加压素(AVP)的合成、分泌、代谢异常,肾小管重吸收功能障碍引起,在妊娠晚期或产褥期出现以多饮、多尿、烦渴和电解质紊乱等症状为主要特征的疾病。主要危害是引起水电解质紊乱危及孕产妇及胎儿生命。其发病机制主要考虑与妊娠期血管加压素酶的活性变化有关。妊娠期短暂性尿崩症经早期诊断、积极应用去氨加压素治疗和及时合理的产科处理,围产结局良好。
