近年来,“柑桔热”席卷我国南方各省。全国柑桔栽培面积1986年已达1074.1万亩,居世界第一位。1985年全国柑桔产量180.6万吨,1986年突破200万吨大关,达262.2万吨,居世界第六位。估计1990年全国柑桔栽培面积将由1986年的760万亩,增加到1300万亩,产量450万吨,从而使我国柑桔产量跃居世界第三位,2000年栽培面积达到1800万亩,
In recent years, “citrus fever” swept across southern provinces of our country. Citrus cultivation area in 1986 reached 10,741,000 mu, ranking first in the world. In 1985, the output of citrus in the whole country was 1.806 million tons, exceeding the 2 million tons mark in 1986 to 2.662 million tons, ranking sixth in the world. It is estimated that the citrus cultivation area in 1990 will increase from 760 million mu in 1986 to 13 million mu and the output will reach 4.5 million tons. As a result, the output of citrus fruits in our country will rank third in the world. In 2000, the cultivated area will reach 18 million mu,
