奥氏体不锈钢是18—18系列不锈钢。由于此类钢材具有极强抗蚀力和低温强度、韧性、无磁性等特性,广泛用于化工、食品、制冷、船舶、航空、医药和抗磁仪表等许多工业部门。又由于它散热小,大的延伸性和极高的加工硬化性,加工很不容易。特别是小孔光洁度要求高的加工,更为困难。为解决这种钢材小孔加工,我们用上钢五厂生产的一批奥氏体类型不锈钢0Cr18Ni9(化学成分和机械性能见表4)做了加工实验,取
Austenitic stainless steel is 18-18 series stainless steel. Because of its strong corrosion resistance and low temperature strength, toughness, non-magnetic properties, these steels are widely used in many industrial sectors such as chemical, food, refrigeration, marine, aerospace, pharmaceutical and anti-magnetic instrumentation. And because of its small heat, large extensibility and high work hardening, processing is not easy. In particular, the requirements of high precision hole finish, more difficult. In order to solve this hole processing of steel, we use a number of austenitic stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9 (chemical composition and mechanical properties shown in Table 4) manufactured by Wuchang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.
