近几年来随着各大院校的扩招,高校图书馆的建设日益繁盛,高职院校同样也在扩招,学生不断增多,高职图书馆建设也就成为一个重要的问题。图书馆是给学生提供知识帮助的地方,可以给学生提供最前沿的信息,了解和把握国内外教育科研发展的方向和动态,这样就为高职图书馆服务与管理提出了更新更高的要求。为此,笔者在本文就讨论一下高职图书馆的服务与图书管理员的工作的理性思考。
In recent years, with the enrollment expansion of major universities and colleges, the construction of university libraries is increasingly prosperous. Higher vocational colleges are also enlarging their enrollment and students are on the rise. The construction of higher vocational libraries has also become an important issue. Library is to provide students with knowledge to help place, can provide students with the most cutting-edge information to understand and grasp the direction of domestic and international education and scientific research and development trends, so as to service and management of higher vocational colleges put forward newer and higher requirements . To this end, the author discusses in this article, the rational thinking of the service of higher vocational library and the work of librarian.
