In the southwest corner of Shandong Peninsula, in the southeast of Changwei Plain, there is an underdeveloped county-level city, Anqiu, Shandong Province. This is an economically underdeveloped county-level city. Over the years, however, it has written another piece of education in the spirit of “re-education without poverty” and the spirit of “down-to-earthness and pioneering” A new chapter in reform.
