随着经济社会的发展以及医改政策的实施,医院经济运行的精细化财务管理已经成为时代发展的必然趋势。当前,由于主客观原因,我国医院经济在运行过程中,财务管理工作呈现出粗放式发展的特点,显然不利于稳定我国医院经济运行的秩序,基于此,笔者创作此文,通过详细阐述分析我国医院经济运行过程中对财务管理的改革存在的必要性分析,有针对性的指出我国当前医院财务管理工作存在的缺点,提出整改意见,以期能够促进医院的财务管理工作向着精细化方向转变。
With the economic and social development as well as the implementation of health care reform policies, the meticulous financial management of the hospital’s economic operation has become the inevitable trend of the development of the times. At present, due to the subjective and objective reasons, the financial management of our hospital shows a feature of extensive development in the process of running the hospital economy. Obviously not conducive to stabilizing the order of the hospital’s economic operation in our country. Based on this, I author this article, In the process of hospital economic operation, it analyzes the necessity of the reform of financial management, points out the shortcomings of current hospital financial management in our country, and puts forward the suggestions of rectification and reform so as to promote the transformation of financial management in the hospital toward the refinement.
