电子计算机已在机床的研究和设计方面得到了广泛的应用。早在1964年,在英国就已开始用矩阵法来计算机床结构的动态特性;1968年,西德阿亨大学研制成功一完整的动态特性和零件的计算机分析程序;此后,在英国又发表了旨在研究机床结构的有限单元法;1976年和1977年,日本先后公布了两个用有限单元法分析机床整机静、动刚性和热致变形的计算机程序;1970年,美国发表了机床样机的计算机辅助设计,……。本文引用国外几个比较典型的实例介绍了计算机在机床研究与设计中的应用情况。
Electronic computers have been widely used in machine tool research and design. As early as 1964, the matrix method was used to calculate the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool structure in the United Kingdom. In 1968, the University of West Germany successfully developed a complete computer program for the analysis of dynamic properties and components. Later, in the UK, In 1976 and 1977, Japan published two computer programs that used the finite element method to analyze the static, dynamic and thermal deformation of the entire machine tool.
