以阳离子多聚体(PEI)为示踪剂,采取体外标记方法,电镜下观察正常和疾病状态下肾小球基膜负电荷的形态、数量、分布及其病理变化。结果显示:肾小球基膜负电荷的改变与肾小球疾病的病理和临床密切相关。对深入研究肾小球疾病的发病机理、病理生理和药物治疗均具有重要意义。
Using cationic multimer (PEI) as tracer, the morphology, quantity, distribution and pathological changes of negative charge of glomerular basement membrane under normal and disease state were observed under electron microscope. The results showed that: the glomerular basement membrane negative charge changes and glomerular disease pathology and clinical are closely related. In-depth study of the pathogenesis of glomerular disease, pathophysiology and drug treatment are of great significance.
