文化是社会活动过程中人们借以娱乐的方式,是体现人类在历史进程过程的文明标志。群众文化更伴随着社会变革和社会经济发展下的人们生活状态,是社会进步的晴雨表,体现不同时代的人民生活质量的重要标志。群众文化在城市化进程中必须确立文化发展的长远纲要,加大文化发展的研究力度,这是当前城市化进程中是否能够与经济一同发展的先决条件,是社会得到可持续性发展,合理性发展的有效保障。
Culture is a way by which people entertain during social activities and is a civilized symbol of humankind’s progress in the course of history. The mass culture is accompanied by social changes and the living conditions of people under the social and economic development.
