草菇是一种典型高温真菌,可填补北方夏季缺乏食用菌栽培种类的空白,尤其是利用空闲大棚和新产麦秸及菌糠废料栽培草菇,则更为经济有效。尽管草菇味美名贵,在我国南方栽培历史长而普遍,但由于其生产周期极短,菇体开伞快,采收加工需及时频繁,产量水平低,商品率不稳,因而在北方地区一直未能形成规模化商品生产。其实,草菇栽培从原料资源到生产过程,具有许多优于其它菇类而易实现高产高效的特点。现根据我们近些年的试验和实践,总结出如下几项北方草菇复合料高产栽培关键技术,供参考。一、生产季节安排草菇发菌、出菇适宜温度范围为27~36℃。一般床栽发菌期仅6天左右,出菇采收期为12~15天。北方夏季(6月下旬至8月
