目的:建立复方土茯苓颗粒的提取、纯化工艺。方法:采用正交试验优化复方土茯苓颗粒提取、醇沉工艺;采用HPLC法测定提取物中牛膝含有的蜕皮甾酮。结果:确定提取工艺为第1次用8倍量水煎煮1h,第2次用7倍量水煎煮1h;醇沉工艺为将药液浓缩至0.5g/mL(相当于药材),边搅拌边加适量乙醇至浓度为60%,静置12h,分离上清液。结论:验证试验表明,该提取、醇沉工艺客观可行、稳定合理,可为工业化生产提供理论依据。
Objective: To establish the extraction and purification technology of Compound Smilax. Methods: Orthogonal test was used to optimize the compound prescription of Smilax china. The HPLC method was used to determine the content of ecdysterone contained in the extract of Achyranthes bidentata. Results: The extraction process was determined as the first time with 8 times the amount of boiling water 1h, the second with 7 times the amount of boiling water 1h; alcohol precipitation process to concentrate the liquid to 0.5g / mL (equivalent to herbs), while Add appropriate amount of ethanol while stirring to a concentration of 60%, allowed to stand 12h, the supernatant was separated. Conclusion: Validation tests show that the extraction and alcohol precipitation technology is objective and feasible, stable and reasonable, which can provide a theoretical basis for industrial production.
