目的探讨整体化灭菌在防止手术器械包湿包方面的效果。方法采用GE26系列脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器,手术器械包按照实施整体化灭菌处理前后分组,实施前组769件按照使用说明书操作,实施后组5927件在实施前组操作的基础上,实施整体化灭菌处理。结果实施前组湿包率为0.91%,实施后组湿包率为0.03%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论手术器械包经过整体化灭菌处理可有效防止湿包现象,避免重新处理增加的消毒供应成本以及影响手术患者使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of integral sterilization in preventing wet bag of surgical instruments. Methods A series of pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizers GE26 were used. Surgical instruments were grouped according to the whole sterilization process before and after the implementation. 769 units of the former group were operated according to the instruction manual and 5,927 of the latter group were carried out on the basis of the former group operation Integrated sterilization. Results Before operation, the wet pack rate was 0.91%, and the wet pack rate was 0.03% after the implementation. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The overall sterilization of the surgical instrument package can effectively prevent the phenomenon of wet bag, to avoid reprocessing increased cost of disinfection and supply and affect the use of surgical patients.
