以5460s和由农垦58s转育的四个籼型温敏雄性不育水稻为亲本,采用半双列杂交方式,配制10个组合。1991年7~8月(温敏不育水稻的不育期),在福州观察亲本及F_1的自然结实率,结果表明,各亲本的自然结实率均为0,而F_1中,除W6111s/W6154s的结实率为0.1%,其余的F_1组合结实率均达到正常水平。说明,W6111s和W6154s的不育基因基本上是等位的,而5460s和四个温敏雄性不育系的不育基因间,以及四个源于农垦58s的温敏雄性不育基因间互不等位(W6111s和W6154s除外)。本文对不等位性作出解释,并结合前人的研究,提出一种鉴别光敏和非光敏不育水稻的可能途径。
Four indica thermo-sensitive male-sterile rice (Oryza sativa L.) transformed with 5460s and Nongken 58s were used as parents, and 10 combinations were made by semi-double cross hybridization. The natural seeding rate of F 1 was observed in Fuzhou from July to August 1991 (sterile period of thermo-sensitive genie male sterile rice). The results showed that the natural seeding rate of each parent was 0, while in F 1, except for W6111s / W6154s Of the seed setting rate of 0.1%, the rest of F_1 combination seed setting rate reached the normal level. The results showed that the male sterile genes of W6111s and W6154s were basically in the same position. However, the male sterile genes of 5460s and four thermo-sensitive male sterile lines and the four thermo-sensitive male sterile genes derived from Nongken 58s were not Alleles (except W6111s and W6154s). In this paper, we explain the non-orthogonality, and combine with previous studies, we propose a possible way to distinguish between photosensitive and non-photosensitive male sterile rice.
