由于国家对教育事业越来越重视,越来越多课程被引进到大学的课堂中去,学生们不仅能从课堂中学习到知识,更能对我家的发展和国情有着更加直观的理解和认识。民法作为一项法律课程,同样在大学的课堂中经行讲授。民法作为国民的法律基础,维护这每个公民的人身权利,与人们的日常生活息息相关。如何更加生动,更加形象的将这门法律课程传授给学生们,是每一位教育者所努力的。民法课程中讲授什么和为什么要将民法这门课程经行讲解,如何提高同学们对这门课程的领会,树立起民法的基本概念,这些都是我们需要探讨的。
