本文报道了通过CFU—C培养,观察到4～5月胎龄的胎肝含CFU—C数较多,是进行胎肝输注的合适胎龄;胎肝细胞总数的多少基本上可反映CFU—C的数量。在急性白血病化疗间歇期,输注胎肝细胞悬液是一种值得选用的临床支持疗法。增加输入CFU—C的数量,可提高临床疗效。
