1996年的北京《支部生活》以崭新的风貌与读者见面了。大庆市萨区东风新村7区活动室秦生智读完第1期后,饶有兴趣地用栏题和标题编了一段栏题串:《支书助理》拿着《党课指要》,在《一月谈》的生活会上,以《群众喜欢什么样的党员干部》为题,给大家讲起《学习李润五》这个《百姓话题》。他学习了《政策月报》、《特别报道》,查阅了以往的《生活会实录》和《党务工作问答》,为大家作了精彩的《问题解答》。他说:今天,虽然站在《经济学堂》的《观象台》前,但我不是来讲《改革走到了哪步》的《行家之见》,也不想对《腐败现象有治没治》的
