湖南是一个典型的农业省份,抓好农产品市场体系建设,对于推动农业农村经济发展、促进农民增收具有十分重要的意义。针对目前农产品市场投资主体多元化、管理主体多元化的现状,湖南省农业部门进行了积极探索,从三个方面着手参与市场管理与服务。实践证明,这些管理方式是有效的,带来的影响和变化是积极的、深刻的。
Hunan is a typical agricultural province. To do a good job in building an agricultural product market system is of great significance to promoting the economic development of agriculture and rural areas and increasing the incomes of peasants. In response to the current diversification of investors in agricultural products market and the diversification of management subjects, the agricultural sector in Hunan Province has actively explored and started to participate in market management and services from three aspects. Practice has proved that these management methods are effective, the impact and changes are positive and profound.
