1984年8月2日,我县在黄口乡西河村,用湖北省农科院植保所微生物实验工厂生产的苏云金杆菌(B.t)乳剂,进行了防治三代棉铃虫大田小区药效试验。 该项试验4个处理,2次重复,共8个小区,每小区面积0.1亩,各处理是:B.t乳剂200、250和300倍液,喷清水作对照,田间小区其它因素相同。每处理定点定株调查百头棉铃虫幼虫。8月2—4日为卵盛孵期,喷药时间8月2日,喷药液量每小区10斤。喷药1天后各处理无死虫,喷药后3、5、7、9各天检查,200和250倍液的死亡率都是100%,300倍液的校正死亡率分别是94.9、96.8、100、和100%。因而肯
