几年来,成都钢铁厂正确地处理好生产(工作)与职工培训的关系,职工培训工作常抓不懈,鼓励职工立足本职,岗位成才,不断提高技术业务素质和管理水平,适应了工厂生产经营和中外合资的需要。几年来,他们本着“培训人才,服务生产”的指导思想成立了由厂长任主任委员,主管教育的副厂长、总工程师等为副主任委员,各有关部门参加的厂职工教育领导小组,分别对生产工人、管理干部和科技人员进行了岗位培训,职工素质得到了较大的提高。
