通过网上调查,针对当前“读者意见箱”的现状,分析了问题的产生原因,并且结合兄弟院校图书馆的一些先进做法提出了相应的解决对策。
Through the online survey, aiming at the current situation of “reader suggestion box”, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward corresponding solutions in combination with some advanced practices in the library of a brother college.
