目前,高校毕业生就业形势依然严峻,高职院校开展职业指导对帮助高职学生找准定位、促进就业和提高就业质量发挥越来越重要的作用。本文通过对广东动漫行业和广东岭南职业技术学院动漫专业目前发展现状的调研,结合企业精细化管理理念,探讨如何开展高职动漫专业大学生的精细化职业指导。通过构建队伍建设、制度创新、专业引领的精细化职业指导团队,提出有针对性的高职动漫专业大学生精细化职业指导模式,通过有效的咨询、精细化职业指导和帮助等建议,融合精细化职业指导理念,落实预防性职业指导,以期为高职动漫专业大学生职业指导的发展注入新活力。
