This article describes the multi-channel far-infrared (FIR) laser interferometer system and its features developed to measure the electron density distribution of HL-1 devices. For the first time, the time-space distribution of plasma electron density under the experimental conditions of charged pellets and Laval ultrasonic molecular beam injection were observed and preliminary analyzed. In the meantime, a new method of processing the density phase shift signal is introduced.
