台湾南投县鹿谷乡农民采集山区野生的芹菜种试种成功,近来开始推广。野生芹菜即山芹菜,又称山叶芙蓉、野蜀葵、三蜀葵或鸭儿芹,属伞形花科多年生植物。山芹菜用种子繁殖,育苗后约2个月可以采摘,再生能力强,植株比普通芹菜强健,株高60cm左右。茎、叶均为绿色,每株有7—8支分枝茎,茎圆直中空,每支茎又可侧生3—4支叶柄,叶柄柔软细嫩,表皮光滑翠绿。山芹
