探讨我国第一套自行设计、设备国产化的硝酸磷肥生产线 ,在混酸状态下结晶除钙的工艺控制。阐述原料组分及杂质含量、料浆液固比、料浆中的 SO3浓度、反应温度、料浆混酸浓度等因素对结晶控制的影响。
Explore China’s first set of self-designed, equipment, domestic production of nitric phosphate fertilizer production line, in the mixed acid state crystallization process of calcium control. The influence of raw material composition and impurity content, solid / liquid ratio of slurry, SO3 concentration in slurry, reaction temperature, mixed acid concentration and other factors on crystallization control were expounded.
